Bain Mobile 1.0

The Bain app functions as an organizational communication management system designed to streamline internal correspondence among departments and employees. It facilitates structured communication by organizing messages within dedicated mailboxes for each entity, enabling efficient information exchange.

Access to the application's features requires each user to authenticate with a unique username and password, ensuring secure login credentials. Users can perform a variety of actions within their mailbox, including creating new messages, uploading attachments, signing documents, archiving correspondence, replying, forwarding, utilizing quick reply options, and marking messages as favorites. The system also allows users to filter and search for specific correspondence, enhancing retrieval efficiency.

Within each primary mailbox, there are subsidiary folders such as Sent, Favorites, Archives, Deleted, Drafts, and customizable options. These folders assist users in organizing their correspondence according to their preferences and operational needs.

User permissions for actions and message destinations are managed centrally by the system administrator via a web interface. These permissions restrict user activities to authorized functionalities, preventing unauthorized modifications or transfers.

The application includes a user settings page that displays personal information and allows users to modify general preferences. Options available include adjusting display modes, selecting application language, configuring security features such as screen lock, managing alerts, and logging out of the system.
